Dear Parents and Guardians of John Harris Campus Students,

Effective immediately, we have established a new process for scheduling meetings with our administrators and counselors. To ensure that our staff can provide the best support for all students while managing their busy schedules, we will no longer accommodate unscheduled “drop-in” meetings.

Two new email accounts have been created for parents and guardians to request meetings:

jhhsadmin@hbgsd.us – For meetings with administrators

jhhsguidance@hbgsd.us– For meetings with counselors

When you need to meet with a member of our team, please send an email to the appropriate address. The staff member responsible for your student will then reach out to schedule a meeting at a mutually convenient time. This process will ensure that all requests are properly received and that our staff can dedicate their full attention to each meeting without disruptions.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to serve our students and families more efficiently.
